PROBLEM: Palm Beach Tan stores had a hard time keeping their sales books up to date. With frequent changes, printing costs were becoming an issue. 

SOLUTION: Go digital. All stores bought tablets for their sales associates to review details of memberships, offers, products, how-to videos, and more with customers with a mobile-friendly digital sales book. Doing so allowed for changes in real-time and as often as needed, without the added cost.
